A pedestrian died after he was hit by a car in Buckfield, Ocho Rios, St. Ann on Monday morning.
The deceased is Christopher Hawthorne of Charles Town, St. Mary.
It's reported that about 12:10, Mr. Hawthorne ran across the road into the path of a Land Rover Discovery that was travelling towards St. Mary.
He was rushed to St. Ann's Bay Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
