The West Indies Women completed a 3-0 sweep of Pakistan's Women following their 88 run victory in the third and final One Day International (ODI) in Karachi on Tuesday. They were led by a career-best knock from captain Hayley Matthews.
The Windies Women who elected to bat posted 278-6 with Matthews making a career-best 141.
Matthews and Shemaine Campbelle who made 38, added 93 for the second wicket, while Matthews and former skipper Stafanie Taylor who made 47, put together 111 for the third wicket. Nashra Sandhu claimed 3-54.
Pakistan in reply were dismissed for 190 in 47.5 overs. Muneeba Ali top scored with 38 against Matthews, Taylor and Aaliyah Alleyne who bagged two wickets each.
The inform Matthews was named Player Match and the series. The 26 year old scored 325 runs across the 3 matches including 2 centuries and also took 6 wickets.
The teams now turn their attention to the 5 match T20 international series starting on Friday in Karachi.
