Reggae Singer Anthony Cruz is asking for privacy at this time, as he mourns the death of his 15-year-old daughter, Shanice Smith.
The teen and her mother were murdered by 32-year-old Kevin Nelson on Monday at their home in Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The accused, who hails from Montego Bay, St. James is now behind bars.
The singer has apologised to his fans and promoters for not being able to uphold commitments made to perform.
