Harris secured his spot after delivering a scintillating performance of a soulful rendition of the classic jazz song Feeling Good.
For the last six weeks of live shows, Harris has glided through the UK's X Factor, cementing his status as a favourite to win.
The X Factor live final will air Saturday and features Dalton Harris, Scarlett Lee, and Anthony Russell.
Minister of Culture and Entertainment Olivia Babsy Grange has said she is elated and would be surprised if he does not win.
