Grammy nominee Damian "Jr Gong" Marley walked away with the award for Best Reggae Act at the MOBO Awards.
The MOBO - Music of Black Origin - Awards was established in 1996 to recognise artistes of any ethnicity or nationality performing black music.
The 22nd staging of the event took place at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.
This is Marley's second win, his first being in 2005.
Other nominees in the category this year were Aidonia, Alkaline, Chronixx and Popcaan, who took the trophy in 2016 and 2015.
