Disgraced entertainment mogul Harvey Weinstein spent the night in a Manhattan Hospital rather than Rikers Island lock up last night.
His hospitalization comes a day after his convictions for first-degree criminal sex act and third-degree rape.
The ambulance carrying Weinstein to Rikers on Monday was diverted to Bellevue Hospital due to heart palpitations and high blood pressure.
Weinstein remains in Bellevue's prison ward today, with no word on when he'll be released.
He has been using a walker throughout the trial which garnered speculation that he was faking an injury to gain sympathy.
His legal team however convinced him to use the walker for medical reasons, including an unsuccessful back surgery.
