Rapper Nelly will not face criminal charges for an alleged sexual assault in the UK, as it appears the accuser is no longer talking to cops.
Nelly will no longer be questioned, and police have told him no further action will be taken.
While the investigation is not officially closed, detectives are not actively investigating.
However, if new information comes to light, Essex Police could review it and go from there.
The accuser filed a lawsuit as Jane Doe back in November accusing him of masturbating in front of her and forcing his penis in her mouth after one of his concerts in 2017.
Nelly has fired back saying her story is hurting real sexual assault victims.
