NMJ celebrating International Museum Day this Saturday

The National Museum Jamaica (NMJ) will celebrate International Museum Day on Saturday, May 18, 2019, starting at its 10-16 East Street Kingston location. 
 
It will be held under the theme, Museums as Cultural Hubs: The Future of Traditions
 
There will be complimentary tours of the NMJ's exhibitions, Ubuntu, Treasures Mysteries and Stories, The Dolls of Japan and Tainos.
 
The NMJ over the years has positioned itself as Jamaica's cultural hub through its continuous development of various programmes aimed at educating the general public of Jamaican cultural heritage with the usage of intriguing artifacts depicting various eras of Jamaican history.
