US comedian George Lopez has come under fire for an apparent joke about an $80 million bounty for President Donald Trump's head.
The 58 year-old comic responded to an Instagram post about the purported bounty, which was suggested at a funeral procession for Iranian general Qassem Soleimani on Sunday.
The post called for the $80 million, which Lopez responded to by saying he would do it for half the figure.
Though some users saw the comment as a joke, others say it is a death threat against the president.
Comedian Kathy Griffin and rapper Eminem have both been visited by the Secret Service for insinuating death against President Trump.
