VP Records is planning to convert its Strictly The Best compilation CDs into a total lifestyle package.
As part of the move, they will be staging Strictly The Best LIVE, a concert scheduled for next Wednesday in Montego Bay, St. James.
The invitation only event will also serve as the official launch for the label's 40th anniversary celebrations and the launch of Strictly The Best Volumes 58 and 59.
The New York-based VP Records released its first compilation in 1992.
Strictly The Best LIVE is teaming with media partners RETV, TVJ and FAME FM for live broadcasts and highlights.
The event will include performances by Beenie Man, Jah9, Tarrus Riley, Estelle, Alborosie, Christopher Martin, Shenseea, TeeJay and Raging Fyah, among others.
