Barita Investments reports profit increase

Barita Investments is reporting an 84 per cent increase in net profit for its 2018 financial year.
During the twelve months to September 30 the company realised US$374 million  profit up from US$203 million  in the previous year.
This resulted from net operating revenue of  $1.3 billion  versus $1.1 billion  in 2017.
Barita recorded significant gains in most of  its key revenue drivers namely fee and commission income, foreign exchange gains and dividend income.
