BATV sold to Dawgen Global

Business Access Television (BATV) has been sold to Dawgen Global.
Dawgen Global is an integrated multidisciplinary professional service firm that currently operates Crowe Horwath Jamaica.
Since 2015 BATV has been dedicated to the sourcing, tracking and broadcasting of local and international business news.
The media company is the brainchild of Jamaican businessmen Leighton Davis and Garth Walker.
The multimillion-dollar deal will see BATV change hands as it continues to broadcast across the region.
Dawkins Brown, Chairman of Dawgen Global and Managing Partner of Crowe Horwath Jamaica, says the acquisition of BATV is a strategic acquisition and is in keeping with his plans to operate an integrated business solution firm with a Caribbean focus.
