Canada, US on third day of NAFTA talks

Canada's top trade negotiator and her American counterpart started a third day of talks to save the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as differences between the two sides appeared to have narrowed.
The main sticking point in discussions appeared to be Canada's dairy quota regime.
Both Canada and Mexico also want US President Donald Trump to agree to permanently exempt them from U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.
