The company says the Ministry of Mining recently transferred to it, documentation for seven Special Exploration and Prospecting Licences which were once owned by OZ Minerals.
The documents give the company 100 per cent ownership of the licences. It intends to use that licence to move immediately to explore prospects for copper and gold in Bellas Gate, St. Catherine.
Carube says the documents contain US$14 million worth of exploration data, adding that it has financing of US$1.6 million to carry out its exploration.
