Carnival Horizon's maiden visit - a boost for local tourism sector

Tourism Minister, Edmund Bartlett, says the maiden visit of  the Carnival Horizon, is a shot in the arm for Jamaica's cruise sector.
 
Speaking with JIS News following the inaugural visit of  Carnival's newest and biggest ship in its Vista luxury line, at the Ocho Rios Pier on Tuesday,  Bartlett said the Carnival Horizon is just a prelude to what is to come.
 
He said the company has given a commitment that all its luxury vessels will be coming to Jamaica.
