Discussions surrounding establishment of domestic airline underway

Transport Minister Robert Montague says he is working to have a domestic airline operating in Jamaica and discussions are underway with three investment groups to start the domestic service.

Montague made the disclosure last week while speaking at the final in a series of  consultations for the crafting of  a new National Transport Policy.

The consultations, held with key stakeholders, will guide the revision of  the transport policy, covering air, sea, road and railway.
