General Accident Insurance has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that Dr. Ralph Thompson has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective April 30.
The company says Dr. Thompson’s resignation does not create a statutory breach as it continues to have the required number of independent non-executive directors.
