Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke is leading a Jamaican Government delegation on the Annual Investor Road Show to several cities in the United States.
A statement from the Finance Ministry says the road show is a non-deal one, as the Government does not plan to raise debt on the international capital market this financial year.
The team will visit Los Angeles, New York and Boston where it will meet with a cross-section of investors.
The Minister will update institutional investors and bond holders on the country's economic progress and policies being pursued.
Dr. Clarke is accompanied by acting Financial Secretary Darlene Morrison, acting Deputy Financial Secretary Dian Black, Bank of Jamaica Governor Brian Wynter, and Senior Technical Officer in the Minister's Office, Hillary Robertson.
The roadshow ends on Friday.
