The Industrial Disputes Tribunal (IDT) is now set to hear the row involving the Jamaica Stock Exchange and its Chief Regulatory Officer, Wentworth Graham.
This follows the Supreme Court's rejection yesterday of his application seeking to block the Stock Exchange from proceeding with a disciplinary hearing against him.
Graham's lawyers have filed an appeal.
"And at this point the matter is proceeding to the IST for hearing on whether or not he has been suspended. On one hand, the Stock Exchange is saying that he was sent on administrative leave with full pay. On the other hand, Mr. Graham is saying that he was suspended," said the attorney for the Stock Exchange, Patrick Foster.
