The International Monetary Fund‘s (IMF) representative to Jamaica, Dr. Constant Lonkeng Ngouana, says as Jamaica's debt is reduced, more money will become available to invest for the development of the country.
Dr. Ngouana pointed out that reduced debt will also lead to increased investor trust. He also stressed that the wage bill has to be reduced so that resources can flow to growth-inducing areas.
