The 2017/2018 Budget has been increased by nearly J$10 billion.
Yesterday, Finance Minister Audley Shaw, tabled the Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure.
The figures show that the Budget has been revised to $815.2 billion, an increase of $9.78 billion.
Recurrent expenses have moved from $515.4 billion to$ 523.8 billion while capital spending has moved from $290 billion to $291.4 billion .
Parliament's Public Administration and Appropriations Committee will deliberate on the Second Supplementary Estimates today.
