Stocks and Securities (SSL) says the Initial Public Offering (IPO) for FosRich company closed Monday morning because it was oversubscribed.
The offer closed at 9:01 a.m.
Electrical and lighting company FosRich sought to raise $200 million from a share float on the junior arm of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
The offer was priced at $2 a share.
