Jamaica Broilers records increased revenue and profit

Jamaica Broilers recorded higher revenue and profit during the first nine months of  its financial year.

Group revenues for the three quarters to January 28 amounted to $32.1 billion dollars versus $28 billion in the previous year.  
Net profit totaled $1.5 billion up from $1.2 billion.
Jamaica Broilers says it had strong sales in poultry as well as feed products and continued to focus on cost containment strategies and improving production processes.
