Jamaica will soon be exporting hot pepper and dasheen to Trinidad & Tobago.
According to Luther Buchanan, Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, an agreement has been reached at the CARICOM level for the export of the crops to the twin-island republic.
This move is in keeping with efforts by the Government of Jamaica to increase exports to regional markets.
