Jampro leads delegation to US summit

JAMPRO will be leading a delegation of  local ICT leaders to the US based Gartner Outsourcing and Strategic Partnership Summit in an effort to raise Jamaica’s profile as a near shore destination for business process outsourcing (BPO).  
Gartner, the world’s leading Information Technology research and advisory company, will be hosting its annual summit with key industry experts, analysts and CEOs from September 9 to 13 in Orlando, Florida. JAMPRO has been attending the event since 2008.

The local ICT/BPO industry has recorded growth of more than 20% in the past two years with the introduction of nine new companies.
