Margaritaville Turks is reporting an increase in net profit for its second quarter ending November 30, last year.
Net profit during the period went up by US$21,843.
Revenue for the period also went up to US$1.83 million.
The company says it improved on scheduling and logistics planning so there were reduced requirements to source higher priced supplies from the local purveyors.
However, Margaritaville says the change in regulations relating to the administration of gratuity resulted in additional cost to the company for employee benefits.
