More heavy losses have been forecast for theNational Road Operating and Constructing Company, NROCC, during the 2015/2016 Financial Year.
The company, which oversees the design, construction and maintenance of highways in Jamaica is projecting a $6.5b deficit.
This is down from $7.8b in the current fiscal year.
NROCC is overseeing the completion of the North-South Link by partnering with the developer, Jamaica North South Highway.
Work is also in progress on sections one and two of the Caymanas to Linstead as well as the Moneague to Ocho Rios legs of Highway 2000.
Construction is slated to be completed next year.
