MPC Caribbean Clean Energy has extended the closing date for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The original closing date was tomorrow.
It has been pushed back to December 21.
MPC Caribbean Clean Energy reserved the discretion to made the change in its Prospectus dated November 20.
The company has not disclosed why it decided to extend the closing date.
