NCB makes changes to its board

National Commercial Bank Jamaica has made changes to the composition of its board.

In a release, the bank said the changes were made in the context of NCB becoming a multinational group following the acquisition of a majority interest in Clarien Bank and Guardian Holdings.

Effective November 30, Michael Lee-Chin ceased to be Chairman of NCB Jamaica's Board.

That position will now be held by Patrick Hylton.

Mr. Lee-Chin remains a Director and continues to be Chairman of the Board of NCB Financial Group.

Thalia Lyn and Oliver Mitchell Jr have resigned as directors of NCB Jamaica.

However, both will remain as directors of NCB Financial Group.

Mrs. Lyn will also retain her position as Chair of the NCB Foundation.
