Oil prices decline further

Oil prices headed lower on Tuesday after the International Energy Agency cut its global oil-demand forecasts, offsetting a more bullish outlook from OPEC released a day earlier.
December West Texas Intermediate crude, the U.S. benchmark, fell $1.25, or 2.2 per cent, to $55.51 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
