Oil prices plunge

Oil prices pivoted lower Wednesday, headed toward their lowest finish in more than a week, as U.S. data show an unexpected weekly rise in crude stockpiles.
 
June West Texas Intermediate crude fell by 53 cents, or 0.8 per cent, to $67.17 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. 
 
Global benchmark June Brent lost 48 cents, or 0.7 per cent, at $73.38 a barrel.
