A premium Jamaican food and drink business - Marshall & Brown has been launched in London.
The concept was created by Chingford-based Dr. Carlton Brown - a first generation British-Jamaican.
The business is currently in discussions with UK distributors about stocking the brand and is available on Amazon.
Some of the products such as the rum punch and chocolates are produced in the UK using Jamaican rum.
The rest are produced in Jamaican and all the ingredients, including thyme and onions, are sourced locally.
Dr. Brown says the brand was launched after two years of work spent researching the market and running focus groups
