Proven Investments has declared a dividend of about a quarter of a US cent per share.
Shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican dollars will receive the equivalent of J$0.43 per share.
The payment will be made to ordinary shareholders on August 25, to those on record as at August 11.
The Proven board also declared a dividend of J$0.10 for Preference shareholders, payable on September 23 and on record as at September 9, 2016.
