Sangster International Airport eyes another profitable year

Sangster International Airport is reportedly on track for another profitable year.
 
Chief  Executive Officer of  MBJ Airports, which manages Sangster International, Dr. Rafael Echervarne, says the airport continues to shatter records and over-perform.
 
The airport, which connects Jamaica to more than 50 destinations worldwide, was used by a record 4.2 million passengers last year.
 
The CEO further noted that millions of  dollars have been pumped into infrastructural work at the airport, including the runway.
 
He says the renovations position Sangster International among some of  the top airports in the world.
