Knutsford Express says it continues to see strong demand for its service and said its fleet expansion and modernisation programme has allowed it to satisfy customer needs.
The company said the strong demand it saw in the first nine months of its financial year, resulted in its revenue growing by 32 percent to J$552 million.
It said its profit increased on the performance by 35 percent to $120 million.
Knutsford Express says it is eyeing the upgrading work at the Sangster International Airport, for more business in the future.
The company also says its board has decided to subdivide its ordinary shares into five.
It says that will result in its shares increasing from 100 million to 500 million.
The company must however seek approval from its shareholders for the proposal to go through and said it will do so next month.
