Two new directors have been added to the Supreme Ventures Board following a Board meeting on Tuesday.
At that meeting, Mr Peter McConnell and Mr W. David McConnell were appointed independent, non-executive directors, while Peter Chin tendered his resignation.
Peter Chin, an independent, non-executive director, joined the SVL Board in June of 2013, and most recently served as the Chairman of its Audit Committee.
Deputy Chairman Levy was appointed Acting Chairman in the wake of former Chairman Hoo's resignation.
He will act in that capacity until a Board Chairman is appointed.
