VM Investments is seeking to raise capital on the stock market.
VM Investments announced Monday morning that it is seeking to provide working capital support to its operations, and to allow the company to take advantage of new business opportunities.
VM Investments will seek to raise J$689 million for up to 300 million ordinary shares.
