The Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS) is reporting a decline in loans in arrears.
It says loans in arrears for more than 90 days as a percentage of total mortgage loans fell from 4.23 per cent to 3.52 per cent during 2015.
At the same time, VMBS mortgage portfolio increased by 7.1 per cent or $2.1 billion dollars while total assets were 6.5 per cent higher at $6.3 billion.
