26 cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Jamaica

Jamaica has now confirmed 26 cases of COVID-19.
Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton, who made the announcement Wednesday at a press conference, said the latest case is that of a 70 year old male from Clarendon. 
The patient is from Corn Piece and is linked to the 79 year old man who became the first person to die from the highly contagious respiratory illness in Jamaica.
The ministry is awaiting 18 other test results.
