Another fire truck damaged in traffic crash

Another fire truck has been damaged in a traffic crash.
It is reported that the vehicle was en route to a fire in Seven Corners, St. Elizabeth when it was hit by a car at the traffic signal at the intersection of Coke Drive and Main Street.
The right side of the unit was damaged.
No one was injured and the truck continued on the journey to the fire.
On Tuesday, several people were injured following a nine-vehicle crash in Montego Bay, St. James.
It involved a Jamaica Fire Brigade truck and eight other vehicles.
Stewart Beckford, Acting Commissioner of the Brigade, said the truck was en route to a fire when it was hit by a car.
Meanwhile, the fire at Seven Corners left three people homeless.
About 2:30 p.m., the owner of the house saw fire coming from a section of the building.
Loss is estimated at $2.5 million.
