Cabinet will be holding a three day retreat as it continues to prepare the budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year.
Information Minister Karl Samuda said the retreat will begin Thursday and will conclude on Saturday.
"At the end of that process, the Cabinet will retreat into a private members Cabinet retreat, comprising only the Ministers of Government, where we review our plans and programmes for the ensuing year and we will make any adjustments that we see necessary and we'll review the general operation of our government. And at the end of that process, the Prime Minister will make an official announcement as to where we are going and how we are going forward for the year," he revealed.
He was speaking at Wednesday morning's Post-Cabinet media briefing.
