The fraud case involving the People's National Party’s Donovan Bisasor, who is also a member of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), and his co-accused Jesse Gosse is scheduled to be mentioned in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on October 5.
Bisasor and Gosse, a quantity surveyor made their second appearance in court on Monday where they had their million dollar bails extended.
The men are charged with attempting to obtain money by false documents; forgery; uttering forged documents; conspiracy to defraud; and demanding property on forged documents.
They first appeared in Court on August 19.
When the matter came on Monday the prosecution told the Court the investigating officers were yet to provide witness statements
Bisasor and Gosse were arrested last month by the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA)
The Prosecution is alleging that both men attempted to defraud the National Water Commission of J$5 million.
