Jeffery Peart, a police constable, and his sister, 21 year old Roxanne Peart, who were charged with the murder of a taxi operator, were on Wednesday found guilty in the St. Ann's Bay Circuit Court. They will be sentenced on December 12.
The constable and his sister were implicated in the May 19, 2012 murder of Delroy Frame. The Pearts were arrested after Mr. Frame's headless body was found.
Constable Peart had been charged with murder, while his sister was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
