Vendors at the Constant Spring Market in St. Andrew held a demonstration Monday morning to protest their upcoming removal.
The vendors last week received a notice from the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) informing them to relocate by September 30.
The market is to be demolished as part of plans to widen Constant Spring Road.
The vendors were joined by several small shop owners who operate near the market and were also given notice to relocate.
The vendors are to meet with their attorney this week to decide the next move.
