Constant Spring Road blocked by fallen light pole

The National Works Agency (NWA) is urging motorists in the Constant Spring Road area of St. Andrew to use alternative routes as a Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) light pole with live wires has fallen across the road in the vicinity of the tax office.
The NWA says motorists may opt to use Olivier and Shortwood roads when travelling towards Half Way Tree.
In the meantime, the JPS says a section of Cassava Piece is now without power as well as some customers along Constant Spring Road as a result of the fallen pole.
The JPS says third party operators who use the pole have also been affected.
The company says it is working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
