Three members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) accused of being part of a death squad in Clarendon have been remanded and are to return to court on January 20.
They appeared before the Home Circuit Court on Monday where the case against them was mentioned.
Kevin Adams, Pete Samuels and Whitney Hutchinson, were recently committed to stand trial in the St. Andrew Parish Court.
They are accused of the May 5, 2011 shooting death of Sylvester Gallimore otherwise called "Seven Bully" in Clarendon. Mr. Gallimore was shot dead at a bar during a police operation.
INDECOM investigators claimed Mr. Gallimore was killed as part of a death squad, targeting alleged criminals in Clarendon.
The three policemen are among 12 cops charged by INDECOM in connection with the case.
