Dominican Republic's President Sanchez to make State visit to Jamaica

President of the Dominican Republic Danilo Medina Sanchez is to arrive in Jamaica on Monday for a one day State visit.
 
He is slated to hold discussions with the government on bilateral, regional and multilateral issues.
 
The meeting is aimed at forging deeper ties between both countries.
 
He will receive a national honour to be bestowed on him by the Governor General.
 
At the end of the State visit, President Medina will travel to Montego Bay where he will participate in the United Nations World Tourism Organisation conference to be held November 27 to 29 at the Montego Bay Convention Centre.
