Eight people were injured when a market truck overturned on the PJ Patterson Highway in Clarendon yesterday evening.
One person suffered a dislocated shoulder.
The incident occurred about 7:30.
Superintendent Courtney Coubrie, acting head of the Highway and Traffic Division, said the truck was travelling from St. Elizabeth to the Coronation Market in downtown Kingston.
He said one of the truck's rear wheels became dislodged leading to it overturning.
In January, two persons were killed when a market truck overturned on the Mandela Highway.
The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle.
