The eleven year old boy who was implicated in the fatal chopping of a 14 year old boy in Low River, Trelawny three weeks ago is to return to court today.
The boy has been receiving counseling through the Child Development Agency (CDA), which has also conducted a psychological assessment.
The findings of the psychological assessment will be presented to the judge today for a final ruling.
The CDA says the judge could issue a Fit Person Order, Supervision Order; recommend Foster Care or Permanent Placement at an state run institution.
The eleven year old boy was first brought to court on April 5 by the police where an order was made regarding his care and protection.
He was then remanded to a Place of Safety.
