Former member of the council of the Caribbean Maritime University (CMU), Marjorie Kennedy, is in support of the call for a forensic audit of some of the contracts issued by the institution.
Kennedy, who resigned from the Council, told RJR News that the CMU's administration failed to provide to the council reports on the university's financial affairs.
In an interview with RJR News, she said the forensic audit is necessary.
”Maybe they can get to the bottom of things that we couldn’t get to. There are things that we had no clue about and we made inquiries but we couldn’t get substantial information,” she said.
